What is the Return & Exchange Policy?

We will gladly issue an electronic gift card within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Simply send your purchase back with a printout of your order confirmation and complete the return card sent with your purchase. Items must be unworn with tags still attached. 


If returns are not received in 14 days from the delivery date site credit will not be issued. At no point will any payments be refunded. All items are inspected prior to shipping to ensure quality standards are met. 


The Seller is responsible for all cost related to returning purchases.

What is the Shipping Policy?

Items purchased during pre-sale will indicate the shipping date. Those purchases will be sent via the selected method at checkout after the indicated date. Items purchased during the regular open sale periods will be shipped via the selected method at checkout, 7 to 10 business days after they have been purchased.  Our goal is to deliver  your purchase expeditiously.  We will always strive to exceed your expected delivery date.

Do you provide special packages for groups?

Yes, we provide several services to groups such as: 

  • Individual transactions: Once a group package is set up we will accept payments from all members individually and ship to the individual purchasers. No need to collect money and disperse packages individually.
  • Custom orders: Based on the size of your group we can offer variations of our current products that are not currently provided for sale. 

Special pricing: We provide group pricing based on the number of members.

How do I set-up a group order?

Simply send an email to us at info@sisterlyincorporated.com including your contact information, the number of people in your group, the product(s) you are interested in purchasing, your required delivery date. We will follow-up within 48 hours.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer our full collection in sizes extra small (XS) to extra large (3XL). Each item is cut differently so please refer to the sizing charts attached to each product.

What is the Vault and what does it mean when products go into the vault?

In order to stay creative, provide continuous improvements  and constantly enhance our our product line,  we will limit the amount of time items are sold . The vault day listed is the last day that item, in that color combination will be available for sale. After an item is placed in the vault it will no longer be available for sale.

Is Sisterly Incorporated available to vend at events?

Yes, if you are interested in having Sisterly Incorporated attend your event as a vendor please send an email to info@sisterlyincorporated with the name of your event, the location, date, time and approximate number of expected guest. We will respond to your email within 48 hours.

How do I determine my size?

Our return policy allows 14 days to return items for a Sisterly Gift Card ( no cash or credit refunds will be issued). It is no guarantee that another size will be available due to the limited edition status of our products.
